“Forget tracking your steps and sleep, …
The InBodyBAND is one of the first wearables to focus on measuring your body composition.”

Why should we know our body fat percentage and muscle mass?
What is an InBody Test?
An InBody Test uses patented BIA technology to measure the amount of water, fat, protein and minerals a person has in his or her body. Wear the InBody BAND 2 on your wrist to check your body composition any time. Data is saved in the InBody Wear App so you can track changes in muscle mass, fat mass and body fat percentage.
We are InBody, the worldwide leader in body composition technology.
In the early 1990s, our founder and CEO, Dr. Kichul Cha, recognized that the available BIA devices were limited and faulty. They were often inaccurate, and from a medical standpoint, useless for treating patients who needed body composition analysis the most. Drawing from his background in mechanical engineering, he set to work to design something better.
In 1996, he founded InBody. Two years later, the first InBody device was born. Today, InBody has grown from a small biotech startup in South Korea to a multinational corporation with branches and distributors in more than 40 countries. Our clients trust us to provide precise, useful, and accurate body composition data to their users because they know that InBody is the only company in the world that can combine convenience, accuracy, and reproducibility into one easy-to-use device.
The InBodyBAND2 is a wearable fitness tracker and body composition analyzer. The device features four electrodes on the front and, rear sides to measure changes in muscle mass and fat mass. Measure your body composition any time, anywhere by placing your thumb and index finger on the electrodes. Check your progress at-a-glance by using the InBody Wear App.
How Accurate is the InBodyBAND2?
The InBodyBAND2 uses 50 kHz frequencies and four electrodes to analyze body composition. The biometric data gathered by the InBodyBAND2 is highly correlated with the flagship InBody 770.
How to Test on the InBodyBAND2
Measure your body composition by following these 3 steps:
Extend your arm 4-6 inches away from your torso.
Place your thumb and index finger on the electrodes.
Lift your palm so that it does not come in contact with your other hand.
